Gov. Hochul expands COVID-19 shot mandate to workers at mental health facilities in state

Health care workers at psychiatric facilities and related mental health institutions must get at least one vaccination against COVID-19 by Nov. 1, Gov. Kathy Hochul announced Tuesday. And Long Island continued to keep below a 3% average for positivity in testing.
